No. And why do you ask? It is the largest Christian denomination in the world and has the most recognizable and well-known religious leader on the face of the Earth.
Jesus Christ promised "On this rock I will build my Church and the gates of Hell will not prevail."
I believe God's promise. The Church may be full of sinners but it is still a holy, divine institution.

Not a chance. The Church as Jesus's GUARANTEE that it will be around until the end of time. ", the gates of hell will not prevail against it (the Church)", says Jesus.
There are places in the world where the Church's influence seems to be waning. But there are other places where the Church's influence is exploding.
The Western World is not exactly pro-Christian at this point in time. Places like Africa and South America, however, the Church is growing by leaps and bowns.

Our faith is not base on numbers and popular opinions. Our faith is base on Jesus Christ. We don’t change our teaching or cannon law base on the cannon scriptures (NT) and Jesus teachings to use from the begging. If the number member goes down and get to the point that is disappears then the gates of Hell has prevail that means Jesus teaching are wrong. The Church has not disappeared even if number goes down and the gates of hell has not prevailed. Plus, the structure of the church will not allow it change original teaching of Jesus Christ just because of the numbers. Sine the chruch is made of man are not perfect as God are they who turn away from God. The things that has change to time is costumes and methods of teaching.

Pastor Billy says: that's a good one I fell off my chair laughing.
After being around for 2000 years, older than all other Christian communities, older than all governments, older than the oldest registered company and importantly promised by Jesus that the gates of hell shall never prevail against it I think not.
don't be listening to all the secular atheists and fire and brimstone anti-Catholic preachers they definitely don't have your best interest at heart ;)
addendum: to correct mac1hull Roman Catholicism is the largest Christian community in America numbering approx. 67 million adherents or 25% of the total population.
Second place goes to the Southern Baptists who total approx. 16.5 million persons

Actually, from my observation, the Catholic Church seems to be the only denomination with even remotely sound doctrine that's not shrinking. That makes one think....

the answer is both yes and no,
yes because of the damage done by so many bad teachers and false priests, whom have no idea what they are talking about. No in the fact the vatican is standing strong and is comeing down hard on the people that do it such damage.

Are you hoping it will just because there are sinners in the Church? Sorry to disappoint but Christ promised that He would abide with His Church forever. He's not leaving us after nearly 2000 years.
