I work in a large hotel and I had to stay there for a night last week. There's a manager there that flirts with me a lot. I got up early and was headed out to get something to eat a little after 630 am. When I got to the door someone knocked very gently and said "room service" almost whispering. I recognized his voice, so I just let him open the door and looked at him mean. He looked really embarrassed and mumbled something about "just checking rooms" and walked away really fast. I waited at the door for a while and didn't hear him open any other doors on my floor, but I know there were other empty rooms.

Here's the thing:
He didn't have to be at work until 7, and it was still 2 hours before he was supposed to check the rooms.
He had the list of rooms in his hand that had my name and room number on it.

What do you think he was up to?? Normally, I would still have been asleep (that's why you wait to check rooms until later.)

That's a bit creepy. He definately meant to come up to your room. Which is really weird, especially for 6:30 in the morning. Did he think you were going to submit to his crazy hotel fantasies? Odd indeed. I'd watch out if I were you. Make a note somewhere in case he harrasses you again. Yeah, I think it was on it's way to becoming harrassment. That is crazy. Maybe you should find another job

sounds a little strange to me start keeping a list of any other odd activity from him and try and keep your distance . If any thing more does happen i would diffidently talk to your supervisor and if you have to stay another night at work make sure you chain the door as well as lock it .

Umm if I understand this corectly i think he just likes you? An was embaressed to continue his flirting or somthing. If they were trying to break in they would do it right after you opened the door.

You need to report that to somebody and keep your eye on that guy. He obviously was hoping to have some kind of encounter with you and his actions sound quite predatory.

I'd be very careful of this guy. If he's a manager, he probably won't do anything too stupid but......I'd get a strange feeling too. Keep your eyes open. Sounds not too good.

He was hoping to see you naked having a nice dream and hopiing that way you'd invite him in for some action. Simple as that

Obviously he was looking to get a look at what you wear in your sleep, or worse.
He clearly needs to get reported before someone gets hurt.

He wasn't trying to break in, just thought with all the flirting...you sent the wrong signal, and got upset, apparently. No harm, no foul, relax....
