There are many diagnoses possible, the least likely would be Asperger's Syndrome. There is not a diagnosis of passive epilepsy in the neurologic diagnoses. There are many forms of epilepsy, but you would consider many other diagnoses before an epileptic condition also.

Have your son seen by a paediatrician. Especially a developmental paediatrician. These symptoms are more likely a form of Attention Deficit Disorder which frequently has associations with some aspects of obsessive behaviour.

Are you thinking Aspergers? That's not something that is diagnosed in a short time. It usually takes several appointments with different professionals.

What does his teacher say? Has he been evaluated by a physician/psychologist?

Passive epilepsy,I doubt it.Aspergers Syndrome,a form of Autism is more likely.I speak from experience.Either way,get him to a Specialist.

I think you mean Aspergers. If you think he has either of these conditions then you should really take him to see a doctor.
