Home Remedy for Bladder Infection
Do you get bladder infections? Well if you do there is hope and you do not need to go to the doctor to find relief. You can actually get quite a bit of relief right at home. So the next times that you get a bladder infection get immediate relief at home, and try these home remedies for bladder infections. In this article you will learn things that you can do right in your own home to help treat a bladder infection.
The number one home remedy for bladder infections is to drink fluid. That is it that is the secret. The more that you urinate the more bacteria comes out of your bladder and the more relief you should feel. A good idea if you have a bladder infection is to take a water bottle around with you everywhere that you go and drink it a lot. You can also drink cranberry juice this cleans out your urinary track and also helps you to get rid of the bacteria. Cranberry juice can also help acidify your urine so that no more bacteria can grow.
You should also take vitamin C everyday to acidify your urine so that no more bacteria can grow. Taken daily this will prevent bacteria from growing so if you suffer from reoccurring bladder infections you should definitely look into taking Vitamin C. Of course if you are taking medications for a bladder infection you should always ask your doctor before adding vitamin c to your diet because as with many medications that doctors prescribe for bladder infections many can not be taken, or will not work if your urine is acidic, so just make sure and talk to your doctor first.
You can also take an anti-inflammatory which will help with the pain and burning of a bladder infection, and reduce the inflammation in the bladder another thing you can try at home is a hot bath. This has said to provide many people with relief as well.
These are just a couple home remedies to try you can prevent bladder infections by keeping up with good hygiene. It is a good idea to wear cotton underwear and avoid tight pants if bladder infections keep on occurring because this gives bacteria a chance to breathe which can kill some bacteria. Bladder infections occur because of bacteria so if there are no bacteria down there then there is no bladder infection, remember to shower everyday and wash well and always practice good hygiene.

Bladder Infections (Bacterial infection; virus infection; fungi; parasites) Here is the remedy that I found:
Two tablespoons raw unpasteurized "apple cider vinegar with mother," mixed with 1 tablespoon raw honey in 8 ounces of warm water. Drink with meal! Also, pure unsweetened, unpasteurized cranberry juice (up to a quart a day for the cranberry juice). For the "apple cider vinegar with mother," follow the directions on the bottle itself. Both of these drinks can be found in any Marker, but preferably "Henry's Market."

Drink a lot of water and cranberry juice....
There are also some over the counter tablets (which I believe are produced by ASO) and they are excellent in helping relieve the pain associated with an UTI....
Hope this helps!
