No faith particularily bothers me, actually... I believe that people are entitled to their faith whatever it be...until I start to feel like those beliefs infringe on me and mine.
but if I had to pick one, it would probably be Christianity, based on prior experiences with trying to be converted, and generally being disrespected because of my beliefs (If I had a nickel for every Christian who told me I was going to hell, I'd probably have at least 1$ by now). I haven't yet been particularily harassed by other faiths (Well, except maybe the JW's but they're polite about it).
(And I live in a neighborhood that's in the middle of a Jewish Hasidic Community, Greek Orthodox Community, Portugese Catholic Community and a very large liberal/artsy/atheist/vegan community and a few blocks from a large Islamic community.... don't believe me? Look up Mile End in Montreal, Cananda).
PS: AtheistS.... there's more than one of us.

The one that bothers me most is the one that is in my face most. Can you guess which one is the most tyrannical? None of them bother me, if they leave me alone, but some religions try to force their beliefs upon everyone by fire and sword; want their god on all our money, in the Pledge of Allegiance, on public buildings, etc.; etc. I will give you a hint. It is not Buddhism. There have never been any Buddhist holy wars, and when I attended Buddhist services, the priests did not mind at all if I went to services of other religions. It is sad that all religions will not be so civilized as Buddhism. Two rival religions from the same root are worst for tyranny.

Christianity if we are talking about the theology.
The problem is that Christians think they are following a monotheistic faith but the truth they are following a polytheistic faith.
The whole dichotomy thing and idea of souls is almost a direct lift from Zoroastrism.
They have a God of good, and they have Satan as the God of evil. It would be very similar to the Ying/Yang concept except for the point that the ying/yang idea carries a male/female sense into the balance of forces.
It gets more involved and the part I said should be enough for anybody to work forward from.

They are all equally dangerous and annoying. People that insist that "their" God exist and that "their" interpretation of what he said or wants is the only one. These people believe in something which is unprovable but deny the obvious discoveries of science, evolution, and theories on the big bang. Apparently it isn't possible for "their" god to conceive of some vastly complex plan that might not be understandable by the life he chooses to create. I suppose this is because Man was created in His image. ];)

All faiths bother me. It amazes me that people are so naive about the world they live in. When so many people are so deluded about reality, there's little hope that things like hate, war, and poverty will every be mitigated. And with over population, it's only going to get a lot worse.

On any given day, none.
Since I am surrounded by Christians, I guess they occasionally cause me the most ire, but I recognize it is more because of where I am located than anything intrinsic value within the religion.
Of course, I am not an atheist, but merely an agnostic:
Militant agnostic: I don't know and NEITHER DO YOU!

I have to pick just one?
Well, since I live in America, I will pick the one that tries to influence my life the most...Christianity...especially the Evangelical sect. They are incessantly trying to force faith-based laws and bans into our government. Their recent attack is on Harry Potter and books by Pat Conroy in getting them banned from school and public libraries.

Scientology bothers me. That's not really a faith in God religion though.

None particular, only the faith-based beliefs ones that say proof is not necessary. OK so all of them.

Its a tie: evangelical Christianity and Svientology. Scientology would win hands down if there were more of them.
Thank goodnes that more and more people are abandoning religion and turning to God instead.
