Embarrassed before the Heavenly Father, & humbled by my inability to run my life w/o His guidance. Pride was the one that did me in. I got to thinking that I was worthy of being treated like a king, & as it turned out, I only deserved exactly what I got -- I lost the best thing that ever happened to me. Just as it says in Romans 1 : 22, "Professing themselves wise...they became fools" -- well, when I thought I was "all that", I became unworthy!

When something bad happens it is the fault of the person who brought about such pain. You cannot blame an outer entity fully for actions you taken that were bad, since you took the action, even if the entity *such as Lucifer* pointed you to that direction, you had enough Will Power to overcome outside Influences.
...So any who, if such sorrow & grief came into my life at the moment *rather is still affecting me* I turn to the Path of Spirituality.

I think you are focusing too much on the Old testament...all sin is sin. Some things just happen, but how we act or what we do because of it can be sinful. Of course sometimes bad things happen because of the sin of others.
