The same reason adults die- they are sinners.

Romans 3:23- For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

Romans 6:23- For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.

way way back, during the time of Adam and Eve,God said to Adam,"There is a tree in the middle of this garden. It is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, life and death sadness and happiness, etc. I tell you to eat of any tree but this one because when you do you are going to die." Well God was talking a spiritual death and they were thinking a physical death and they got both. From that day till this day babies, children, teen agers, young adults, adults and old people have gotten the same choice( but no tree) .What will you do with your life? Will you deny the existance of God?If you deny the existance of God then you will experiance a spiritual death.Eternal seperation from God who loves you so much that he died on a cross for you.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We all die. You cannot fail to realize that those who live are sure to die. This is basically a transient (temporary) world. You can see it in the way cultures evolve, the way creatures die, plants, et cetera. I believe death to be more of a transition, just as life is a transition (to me) from one form of life to another. Still, if you believe in God, you need to see that all humans DO die at some point. We do not all have the same length of time, we each are given a certain length of rope which you cannot shorten or extend.

Because of illness, because of bad drivers....because of parents making bad choices for their children. There are many reasons, but God, I believe, doesn't have anything to do with those deaths. I have a hard time believing that God wants a child to die in a horrible car crash, or suffer through Cancer. Things happen.....and most of the time, it's not God's fault.

What does children dying have to do with God? Humans die and children are human, therefore they die. There is no guarantee to length of time we exist on this earth, but we do know that we will be dead alot longer than we are alive.

First I find offense in God being spelled with a lower case letter. He is above all and should be praised. To answer the question, children die for a number of reasons. Each life to God is precious old or young. A young child that dies in considered innocent in my opinion and therefore will be in God's heart. He will find comfort for them. Events leading up to a death plays the ultimate decision in a death. You should search the facts to find out how the child died.
Sorry I couldn't say anymore than my own feelings.

I agree with papa. God does exist. Maybe God didn't want this child to suffer for some reason. Remember, God does not give us more then we can handle, and maybe this child was gonna suffer more then usual. It's hard to answer a question like this. But I do know that God is Love and is a JUST God. He don't want none of us to suffer. It started with Adam. This world was suppose to be a paradise and we were ment to live forever in that paradise. God Bless All Of You!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're on sensitive territory here because my sister passed away when she was 13.

Children die for the same reason any other person does: our bodies don't last forever. The wages of sin is death, and since we all have a sinful nature we will all die. Why it happens to innocent children I'll never be able to explain, but I have absolute faith that God is in control of every situation.

Because we were all given the freedom of choice.
Jesus is asked in the Bible if their handicapped son was handicapped because of there sins. Jesus told them he was handicapped so he would be there for Jesus to heal.
Sometimes a child's death may happen to save it from something worse in the future, to teach a lesson to one or many, or just because what caused the death was there in that child.
We all need to learn life. Life has positive and negative events throughout it. If everything was always perfect we would all be spoiled rotten and not be believing in God.

Why don't we live forever?? Our own sin has course sickness and our children are also effected by it. Although they are not to blame , but humans are . There is a better place . This land is but a stop over as we travel on to our real home... of which is your choice ... Free will -- God has given us ...
