To be fair to the new dog, be very serious about the dog's characteristics and make sure they match with what you HAVE (in terms of fencing, etc.) and the personality.
Malamutes need activity and need to be strongly bonded to their pack (if no other dogs, that is only the family).

Finding out the correct name for the dog will really help in your search for information on the dog.
As the other have stated it is an Alaskan Malamute and there is a wealth of information at your finger tips available on the internet.
Please do that research before getting the Mal, that ey wonderful dogs but really need to be in responsible hands.

Well, first you need to get the name right to find any info on this breed on the internet. It's called a Malamute, not a Malibu.

As the others have said, please do your research before getting any kind of dog.
Malamutes are strong and active and therefore will require A LOT of work. DO NOT just buy a dog for its looks.

What the heck is an Alaskian Malibu? There is no such breed of dog.. No websites no information.. You might like to check the spelling, and Google the proper name.. It'll get you a lot farther.

its a malumute. it kinda looks more like a husky but her eyes are brown. i think most huskys have light colored eyes. (i cant quite remember what i read) i guess as she grows up she'll look more like a malumute
