Is there a Medical Spell Checker for Microsoft Word?

I've been looking for a Medical Spell Checker for Microsoft Word for years but no luck. It would be of a great help and a huge time saver for me. The default Spell & Grammar Checker in Microsoft Word does not recognize Medical Terminology. I have Microsoft Office 2007. Is there such a program? Thanks!

Not that I know of. I have done medical transcription and just added the medical words as I went. Good luck.
