This may sound odd to some of you....but did anyone feel a reall strangeness in the air prior to Katrina...like people were loosing their sense of their know abouts and their everyday common senses!...like before a big very strangeness of a terrilbe odd storm....I felt somethng.....


I was near there when it all happened did anyone else have these senses prior to Katrina?

It is almost like animals feel right before a tornado strikes.
they can sense it and feel it in the air....may sound strange to some of you.

just wondering....
any opinions out there???

I was in Austin! and now that is not close! but i could feel something! And something was just not right! tHE GUY i WAS DATING WAS STRATING TO ACT STRANGE AND THEN A DOC I KNEW SAID SOMETHING WAS JUST NOT RIGHT WITH AUSTIN THEN EITHER! so ...anyway Im highly sensitive! I grew up in tornado alley which is indianapolis Indiana and I could feel the tornado coming! So I guess I must have some type of highly sensitivity!

Maybe you are just psychic. It's my understanding that the consensus of parapsychologist believe that many women have a sixth sense.

I was close too. How prior to Katrina do you mean? There is always some strange anticipation in the air pre-hurricane, whether its big or not. So yeah, I did feel a strangeness, but not anymore strange then before any other hurricane.

It is related to the low pressure present wherever you are. Whenever the pressure drops people start getting crabby, and more talkative. You can usually expect it to rain later in that day. So with Katrina, I'm sure the pressure was really low.
