NO! This is not a good idea at all. And, I believe that your cat is much older than 3 years old if she's getting white hairs. Are you really all that vain to not want your cat to "look old"? All black cats and dogs DO get white hairs as they age. Our black lab has a LOT of them. I'm sure my cat would have even more than the dog, except he's pure white, himself, so there's no way to tell with him. Leave those white hairs alone--this is simply nature taking it's course. I'm sure your cat will thank you too, for not plucking at her all the time.

I've seen breeders do this at cat shows, but it's not something I'd do to my cats.

Fur is fur, and 3 years old is NOT old, they don't get gray hairs till they're over 10 usually (and it's limited to the muzzle most of the time). Just leave the fur alone. Even solid black cats have the occasional white hair that comes in. They come and go, so once it sheds out with the twice yearly shedding schedule most cats have, it'll likely be gone in 6 months anyway.

Stray white hairs are very normal to see on a black cat, and are not necessarily a sign of age. Even a very young cats get white hairs. I have a 9 month old black cat and she has several white hairs on her body.

Don't pluck your cat. Pulling out her fur will hurt her and may cause her to distrust you. There's no reason to subject your cat to purely cosmetic procedures - her good health and happiness should be the first things you worry about.

When I first got my black cat he was a kitten, and at 6 months he started growing white hairs. Each cat is different, and you should love it no matter what...
Just imagine if your cat didn't want you to look old. You wouldn't want your cat to pluck your gray hairs.. would you?
Just love your cat no matter what she looks like, cause she will always love you. ♥
