I am looking to replace the oil pan gasket on my 2000 Dodge Intrepid, (2.7) and would like the torque specs and bolt tightening pattern for the pan. Any help would be appreciated

Most oil pans run around 15 to 20 ft lbs. Best bet however is to buy a repair manual at your local parts store.

book says 14-18 pounds no more than that ,and re-check them after it has been ran,it don't take much to blow the gasket out the side of the pan though,so i always tighten all them up evenly, its better to be a little loose than to over tighten those, good luck on it.

Check the error codes on the computer. Also, see why the speedo isn't working. This may provide a clue. Double check electrical connections, including ground connections between engine and body (or chassis). Need to rule out electrical problems before blaming it on mechanical failure of the transmission. Also check fluid level and condition.
