In the faxsimilies there are two printings of a papyrus. Smith drew in an arm and knife on who he thought was Abraham. They show egyption characters that had nothing to do with Abraham. Smith is wrong on who they are. I went to the store to pick up a simple childrens book of egyptian characters and every character was accounted for plain as day. none of them were Abraham or any of the other names that smith gave. This HAS to rock your world. It HAS to. How do you handle it? sweep it under the rug? no bs please.

It's always swept under the rug. There are many many inconsistencies in the Mormon church. For example, it was always against the church rules to drink caffeine until the day when suddenly Kimball had a revelation that Coke was alright (can you say stock investments?).
It was always a church rule that blacks could not hold the priesthood until Kimball had another revelation (can you say lawsuit?).

Its easy for a mormon to believe that the Book of abraham came from Eygpt, because a lot of the book that were not allowed in the bible that were written long after Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, came out of Eygpt to and or found in Eygpt, so you see if Joseph Smith tranlated it, and it was from Eygpt, why the mormons would easily believe this.

I've looked at pictures only a couple times. Never thought much about them. In fact, I don't know if they even teach it at the church. All I know is that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God. And that must rock your world! It rocked mine when I found out.
According to your little group, I guess the prophet Joseph was an artist and writer at the same time he was killing, lying, cheating, raping, etc. Oh yea, the new one I heard was junk banker, add that to the list please.
