Glad you asked... it is/would be completely irresponsible (not to mention illegal) beyond all human comprehension IF you were to continue/start your child (under 3?!?) in such activity. Law states that person(s) under the age of 12 (16 in some regions) should NEVER be allowed into a 'HOT tub' where water temperature is at or exceeds 104 degrees F (most are above). There is a great/likely possibility for blood pressure to rise to extremely dangerous (life threatening) levels in such conditions, especially in young children [under 10] (when fully immersed). You could have done this research on your own...

No. Why would you put a child under 12 in a jacuzzi? That's just wrong and dangerous to the child's skin and health.

no one under the age of 10 should ever be in a jacuzzi. it is bad for their health. they run a risk of passing out from overheating and drowning.

No not really its to hot for an adult to be in there for more than 15 minutes I seriously wouldn't recommend it! Most of the warnings say no kids under 12.

They are really not safe for anyone, especially young kids, and pregnant women. I had just found out that I was pregnant when we were going out of town to a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub and my doctor was VERY adamant about not going into the hot tub other than just sticking my feet in.

oh my goodness.no.kids under the age of 16 and pregnant moms should not go near them.what ever about the temp but it causes blood pressure to rise.

No. I let my little ones put there feet in but not there hole bodies. It isn't safe. Unless you lowered the temp to bath water.

i went to the beach with my son at 11/2 and he love the jacuzzie...he would rather play in it than the pool....after seeing the replys i'm wondering myself if it was a good idea...might be something you should ask the dr. my son is fine now and was fine then so i dunno...but he takes hot baths anyways with his daddy...
