Again, you have two choices:
1) Have a dead dog and dead puppies
OR
2) Bring her to a vet to save her life and the pups that are stil alive, if any.

You have to get her to the vet. Nothing else to do. The pups are almost certain to die and a good possibility your pregnant dog too. They can hemorrhage(bleed out), Find an emergency vet, drive to a vet, take her to a shelter.

As I said in the other question you posed:
The only thing you can do for her is take her to the vet. At the risk of sounding rude, if you can not afford a vet visit you can not afford a litter of puppies.
As you are finding out canine pregnancy can have many issues and is a very expensive in devour. Your dog could be having many different issues causing the bleeding, non of them good. Most of them can cause not only death to the puppies but to her as well.
The only humane thing to do is take her to the vet.

Well - you need to find a vet! If you were pregnant, and blood was coming out of your vagina wouldn't you fear for the life of your unborn child? Wouldn't you get yourself to the emergency room/nearest hospital/doctor's office?
DO the same for your dog. Or - the pups may die, and then she might die. But hey - it's completely up to you.
There has to be a vet somewhere - I don't care if you have to drive 2 hours - there's a vet. And if you can't afford one then visit www.carecredit.com and you should have thought of htat before you bred your dog.

There is no fix for this. It's find a vet or you may have lose the dog and the pups.

You can ask as many times as you want...there is no "stop pregnant dog bleeding with puppies not due yet" fix it at home kit.
You need a VET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
