Maybe he is getting the flu. When you first get the flu you feel sick but are unsure why?

Kids won't know why they are sick. You need to think back to the day before and try to remember if they ate something that didn't agree with them, or if it is food poisoning. Do they have a fever, throwing up? If they have a fever of over 100 you should call the doctor. If your child is in school, it could be that they are faking it so they can stay home. When my son (3 years-old) isn't feeling well I ask him if he has an owie head because my husband and I both get migraines.

He probably heard it somewhere and is repeating it, my son does that, he'll say his tummy is sore cause he picked it up from the other kids I look after and basically does it for attention. So I give him a glass of milk and tell him it will make him feel better.

If that is a picture of your son on your avatar, he is too little to know why he is sick. Try a children's asprin.

How old is your son? Try ruling out things by asking what hurts or have him show you where it hurts. Take his temperature. If it continues through tomorrow I would take him to his pedatrician to have him checked out. Better safe than sorry.
