problem with setup assistant?

My computer is stuck in setup assistant. When i push the finish button the setup assistant starts over again.
Does anyone know what to do????

It seems to be a Windows Application Installer issue with a program you downloaded from the web, and you are having trouble trying to install it .

What is the name of the program??? Any error messages?
