My daughter is 18 now but this is still one of the funniest things I've heard. When she was 2 and a half we met a really large woman with huge breasts. My daughter pointed to them and said "You're going to have 2 babies!" I could have died of embarrassemtn but the woman was very nice and we both just laughed.

My son has said a million funny things, as I'm sure every other parent's child has. :) I write them all down in a little notebook so I can remember them when I'm old. My son loves for me to read it to him now and we both laugh at some of the stuff he has said.

My niece asked my sister once what happens to the little men in the car radio when she turns off the engine. I thought that was pretty cute!

We have a MetroLink train that runs across our path home from martial arts class. Sometimes the bars come down even though the train doesn't come by, and when she has asked why, I explained it was a fals alarm.

Today as we approached the bars and flashing lights, she asked, "Is this a true one or a false one?"

Our son is 11 and has autism.
One Saturday, I asked him to empty the dishwasher while I swept the floor. He was taking forever to do it. I was frustrated and said, "Come on now! I want to be done with the kitchen!" He was taking one dish at a time and carefully setting it down!

He replied very firmly, "It's not my fault. Our dishes are too loud. We need quieter ones like Grammy has..."

Sensitivity to noise- but oh so funny!!!

It has been many years, but when my daughter was just learning to talk, she would sometimes burst out into repeated cries of, "No words ! No words !"

My wife and I worried if she was unusually sensitive to noise. What could be making her so agitated ?!?

One day when my wife had her in the back seat of the car, strapping her in, she said, "No words ! No words !".

My wife just continued to the driver's side, started the car, and turned on the radio. Whereupon my daughter stopped her exclamation.

My wife looked back in the rear-view mirror. My daughter was smiling and moving in rhythm with the music.

We soon figured out that "No words !" meant
"Please, PLAY MUSIC" ! :) (grin) .

My son, when he was young, believed we lived under the earth. I spent lots of time, along with his mom and brothers explaining this was not true, but he was adament about what he believed, so we let it go.
Weeks later he came to me and said he was wrong about living under the earth. He had believed that the clouds were the top of the earth.

GEEZ...Where to begin. My son is 3 (turned 3 in Aug) and I no longer allow him to follow me into the bathroom. A few weeks ago he followed me and asked me where my penis was. I told him, "Mommy doesn't have one."
