Well if everything is just chemicals and there is no justice in the afterlife the I guess as long as it floats your boat and you don't get caught then it is always okay. I mean who cares what happens to a bunch of chemicals anyways.

Any moral relativism gets lost in the legal technicalities, initially. Rape and murder are both defined as wrongful.
Can you kill a child morally? There are enough instances? Can you kill one to save another? Legally and morally, there are gray zones and you can construct scenarios where it is the moral best choice. A simple example would be one where you have conjoined twins who will have a limited life with no intervention while the intervention will give one a full life.
As for sex, constructing a scenario where it is the best option would be contrived at best. You could create all sort of scenarios where you do the greatest good, but never without an element where there is a wrongdoer (someone who will do something sufficiently bad it you don't).

I am a moral relativist on some things, because it makes sense to say that some things may be ethical in some situations but not in others. But I honestly cannot fathom a situation in which it would be acceptable to rape and/or murder a child.

I'm really surprised how few responses you received.
I'm not a moral relativist so I can't describe any such case. Moral relativists have a different definition of "OK". To them, it means "I can live with it" (it meaning feeling bad).

There are a variety of cultures that thought child sacrifice was acceptable. I don't agree with that, but that would be the whole relativism thing.
