well the normal weight range is a bmi of 18.5-24.9. you have a bmi of 24.9 so technically your in the normal weight range. bmi is not the most accurate measurement. if your under 16 and/or muscular i would not worry about your weight. but if you have a lot of fat you may want to consider 10-20lbs

That's my stats. I don't feel that I'm overweight, however, I have a lot of muscle mass and could use to tone up a bit. I guess it all depends if you have more weight in muscle or more weight in fat. We are still on the high end of the optimum weight range for our height (bmi isn't really useful because it doesn't differentiate between fat and muscle--- a weight lifter would be considered obese), I'd worry more about toning than fat burning.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.fit-quick-thin.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

you are definitely not at the optimum. remember muscle uses up a lot of calories, so make sure you lift weights.
