I'm not a radiologist, but you can't become one right out of high school. You need to go to college (major in anything you like) and take the premedical requirements (bio, chem, physics, organic chem), do very well, and get into medical school. Then you have 4 years of medical school, where you also have to do very well, since radiology is a very competitive specialty (good hours, good money). Then you would do an intern year plus a 4 year radiology residency. Then you get to be a radiologist (when you're about 30).

Most medical students don't pick their specialty until their third or fourth year of medical school, so keep an open mind.

Do you want to be a doctor or an x-ray tech?
