Supporting "All" TVs is rather difficult. It all depends on how much you spend. Harmony and Monster (in the US) use an on-line based database, so they support probably the most TVs out there.
Cheaper universal remotes have a built-in database, so they only support the most popular brands.

Hi,

Instead of the previous answer which will result in more expensive remotes. Try this one, Look at the back of the universal remotes, and they had a list of manufacturers that they support . Look for your brand name.

The other thing is to let the remote do the searching or manuallly test each combination. Not fun, laborious.
