I suggest you not continue your efforts in the manner in which you are. You must consider that Indian girls have a different social structure as far as boys are concerned and are under the dictations of their parents. She may even have been promised(by her parents) to another.Plus she has made her intentions clear. If you really want to make an impression, then back off and try to gain her trust and confidence of you as a true friend. Even that task will be difficult. If you have the patience and where-to -all to do that, then something good may eventually come about.
