Go to Rite Aid or CVS and get the medice called Boil Ease. Works GREAT and is cheap!

Warm water soaks may help it open and drain, if it is very early and small. Antibiotics are frequently necessary however, and if it increases in size, you begin to run a fever or you see more redness or pain then get to a doctor pronto. Boils are full of infected material and the infection can go deeper rather than spreading out. This requires open surgical drainage and ofter packing with iodoform gauze so it can heal from the inside out. MRSA infections are becoming more frequent and serious, so unless this boil is very small, you should see a doctor.

Sit in a very hot bath with Epsom salts added or just plain salt
