And just this morning I listened to the music that someone said was encoded in that painting. He (the current musician) drew a staff across it. Next, he used key items (such as hand, bread?, etc) for the pitch of the notes. I cannot say how he determined the duration of the notes. The music did sound good. It was (and I think still is) on the Internet.

I wonder what else is there in Leonardo's painting of "The Last Supper"?

The theory is that a secret group (the "Priory of Sion") kept secret knowledge of Jesus hidden for many, many centuries and that DaVinci referenced these secrets in his Last Supper painting. So while he was not at the Supper, he was working from knowledge passed down from people who were...also there you get into circular logic because the witness in question is Mary, so you have to believe she was there to make the claim credible that DaVinci knew she was there.

Unfortunately for the conspiracy theorists, there's no evidence of any of it, and even the document mentioning the Priory of Sion is almost assuredly a hoax.

Good point. I would think he only painted it as his own interpretation. Others read more in to it.
