No, Romanians are not considered as gypsy. You are confusing Romanians for the romani people which are totally different.

I think both
Romanian come to my country for the 2,500 euros that the government gives to every child born in Spain, uses the
Social Health, and sells the babes, and good buy
others stay and make a mess, killings, frauds, totally undesirable people leave their country
