That for the most part it's not the religious who confuse science and faith. It's the atheists that do that.
So who would you trust more? I would trust the person who knows how to separate the two things.

The atheists on here need to read their questions and answers. They obviously are not aware of their own cognitive dissonance.

Also, I notice many of you did not read my question and make false assumptions about me. I did not say ALL atheists. I said "for the most part". I also did not say I am religious. In fact, I am not.

Where did I EVER say I wanted religion in government? I don't want government, period. More false assumptions. You people really do not read what is written and make what you want out of a question.

Sweety, Atheist scientists go into research to discover something new. Christian Scientists go into research to try to find evidence that backs up the Bible. I would rather trust someone that views science with an open mind.

Besides how can an Atheist confuse science & faith when we don't have any religious faith? I think that you are the one confused.

EDIT: You really should try to stop making assumptions about others. Besides you were the one that posted this "question"

I would trust my heart, you look deep into your soul and you'll know. When you have a big problem what do you exclaim? O my.......? Tell me did someone have to convince you of your faith? seems like the atheists have to do that I wonder why?????

peace

How is it we confuse science and faith? Why is science the "wrong"section? How horrible to basically say"religion and spirituality is no place for THINKING"which is basically what was said with the "wrong category"comment.I guess it would be preferable if there were no science?Never mind,I don't expect an answer.Ya know,computers/science/bad.No way you can respond unless you unplug your computer and have faith it will work anyway. If not,you are using science. How odd

No, I hadn't noticed that. However, the ability to separate two concepts isn't my only criteria for trust-worthiness.

But it is the religious. No atheist every argued with me that the earth is only 8000 years old or that man and dinosaur co-existed

I try to have my own opinion based on my life experience and what I keep learning everyday.... religion ? It is the people's opium... someone famous has written that.. however, I am a believer.. in my own way.

Atheist don't confuse science and faith. What are you talking about?

I would trust the person who sees clearly that the whole religious thing is a fantasy.

No, in fact I disagree with you.

The religious are afraid to accept evidence they can see and touch because it threatens their 2000 year old hate filled fictional book. Now that makes no sense at all.

Please keep religion out of our government.
