As salaamu 'alaikym, my friend.
Insha'Allah, the myth of the Prophet Essa (sallaahu 'alaihi wasallaam) being the "son of God" was perpetuated by the Christian evangelist Saul (also known as Paul) who combined Greek myths of Hercules with the prophetic scriptures of the Jews to change Essa (saw) into both "God and man".
Insha'Allah, this does not work for a variety of reasons.
First, the Jews did not understand their prophetic scriptures, revealed by YHWH, whom Muslims address as Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, to be saying that the long awaited messiah would be the literal "son of God". To the Jews, such an idea would have blaspheme and punishable by death.
Second, Essa (saw) throughout most of what the Christians call the "New Testament" never says he is the "son of God". He says he is a prophet.
If Essa (saw) was both "God and man" his death (a Christian claim) would have simply been "grandstanding " as he would have known that he could not actually die! If he could not die as this "immortal mortal" there would be no ressurection as the Christians view and promote the same.
If Essa (saw) was a part of the "Trinity" then when he "died" God would have died, even if only momentarily (or for the three days he was supposedly in the grave). If God died, who was maintaining and sustaining all of creation during that time?
If Essa (saw) was also God, why did he pray to God and not to himself? Was he putting on a show for the crowds? If he was doing that then he was misleading or lying to the people and God can not lie as God is Truth.
Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, is One without associates, partners, equals or offspring. As we know from the Holy Qur'an, on the Day of Judgment, the Prophet Essa (saw) will testify against those who have said he is equal to Allah (swt).
There is simply no logic or reasoning behind the myth that the Prophet Essa (saw) is equal to Allah (swt).
Ash hadu an laa ilaha ill-Allaah wahadua la sharika lah!
Alhumdulillah!
Ma'a salaam.

I could not have said it better than ibrahim.
GOD IS ONE
If only you can see the ignorance of what you are saying, once you say there are three gods and one of them is a ghost. then you say jesses is his son. I wish everyone was muslim but then again this wouldn't be earth. The jews have more of an idea of what happen than the christians and America loves the jews becasue they can make so much money,, why don't you people that believe that jeses is the son of god read the towra , we know you don't want to read the Quaran, try the towra, there is more truth in that than the bible that has been rewritten that many times.
I wish I could help everyone learn the truth but all you people that believe that jeses was a god will have to learn the hard way, right at the end when it's too late
Ash'had ana la ellah ela ALLAH, Wa ash'had ana sayedna Mohamed RASOUL ALLAH.
May god show those of you in the dark the light.

Be good, constantly. ...uncomplicated experience... it rather is a uncommon commodity... *The 5 actual senses: Seeing, listening to, tasting, smelling, and touching. have self assurance it or not, all 5 of the actual senses will enable a individual to experience. All 5 of the actual senses could work together in the framework of human information. *The seven states of human information: a million. Unarvu - feeling 2. Unarchi - information 3. Puthi - mind 4. Madhi - Judgment 5. Arivu - diffused awareness 6. Pahuth Arivu - Divine awareness 7. Perr Arivu - Divine Luminous awareness All human beings could probably have get right of entry to to the, 5 actual senses. All human beings do have get right of entry to to the, "Seven States of information". A individual ought to try diligently to get right of entry to all "Seven States of information", for it rather is the real start-good bestowed upon each individual. optimistically that makes some 'experience'... Peace be constantly with you. Meechum Anbu (lots Love) in sha'Allah al-hamdu lillah Salaams,

The Bible tells them so, and so does King Constintine LOL! THATS HOW!
As for our lost christian brother asking how The Lord does things, he explained how he does things such as the UNIVERSE in a BANG! Jibreal A.s. sure is powerful why do you think they are so scared of such a beloved Angel as Jibreal A.s. because they are ignorant to Jesus and they are Ignorant to everything else that is how.

I'm sure you've heard of the Trinity? God in three persons? The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Read John 1:1-5)
Billy Graham was once asked to explain the Trinity. He said he could not and moved on. Does this tell you something of the depth of your question?
Look at your own life - look at mine. I am a father, a son, a grandson, a brother, a friend, a businessman, a........... shall I go on? My mother does not see me the same as my sister, yet I am still the same.
We, as human beings, could not comprehend the complexity of who and what God is so God sent His Son whom we call Jesus Christ down to earth in human form to speak to us face-to-face and SHOW US how to live our lives. We were designed by God in three parts: physical, mental and spiritual. We cannot have a physical relationship with God. We cannot have a mental relationship with God. But, we can have a spiritual relationship and He allows this communication through his Spirit - the Holy Spirit.
I urge you to take up the Word of God and read the entire Gospel of John. This entire book is about the diety of Jesus. If you've never done it before - before you open the Book, ASK the Holy Spirit to bring revelation to you.
There is a whole new world out there for you.

I may be wrong but it seems to me that the Prophet Noble Drew Ali said that we all have the ability to attain the same oneness with God that Jesus had. We are all the thoughts of God, all the offspring of God. We can all live the life that Jesus lead and be perfect but it takes more than a casual notion. The first line in 'The Holy Koran of the Moorish Science Temple' is "Time never was, when man was not."

Jesus is the Word Made Flesh. He has always been God. He was made flesh some 2000 years ago by the power of the Holy Spirit of God.

Here's a passage from the Book of Mormon (we're Christians!)
1 And now Abinadi said unto them: I would that ye should understand that God himself shall come down among the children of men, and shall redeem his people.
2 And because he dwelleth in flesh he shall be called the Son of God, and having subjected the flesh to the will of the Father, being the Father and the Son—
3 The Father, because he was conceived by the power of God; and the Son, because of the flesh; thus becoming the Father and Son—
4 And they are one God, yea, the very Eternal Father of heaven and of earth.
5 And thus the flesh becoming subject to the Spirit, or the Son to the Father, being one God, suffereth temptation, and yieldeth not to the temptation, but suffereth himself to be mocked, and scourged, and cast out, and disowned by his people.
6 And after all this, after working many mighty miracles among the children of men, he shall be led, yea, even as Isaiah said, as a sheep before the shearer is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.
7 Yea, even so he shall be led, crucified, and slain, the flesh becoming subject even unto death, the will of the Son being swallowed up in the will of the Father.

Why not just ask, "How can God create the universe?" No one knows HOW God does the things he does; he just does them.
And how do you say that his life is "unlike our life?" How do we know anything about God and what he can and cannot do? Is it not through his Word, the Bible? And what does the Bible say about what God can and cannot do?
God can do anything he wants:
Job 42:2 -- "I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You."
And doesn't it also say that God made man like himself?
Genesis 1:26, 27 -- Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;... 27 So God created man IN HIS OWN IMAGE; IN THE IMAGE OF GOD HE CREATED HIM...
Not once, but many times:
Hebrews 2:11 -- For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified ARE ALL OF ONE, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren,
John 10:34-36 -- Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, "You are gods" '? If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?
Psalm 82:6 -- I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High.
And doesn't it also say that God emptied himself of his godly attributes to become a man?
Philippians 2:5-7 -- Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.
John 1:14 -- And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Assalamualaikum.......................
I totally agree with you...................concept of God as human being doesn't make any sense to me I don't know why others who believe Jesus as God.............how they make sense to it..........No doubt Jesus (PBUH) was a very renowned prophet..........but still he was just a mortal human being.....
And who say that Jesus was son of God..............then explain that why should God need a son...............sons and daughters are for us........Humans are mortal creatures........they die so for existance of their species God made a system to reproduce .................BUT WHY GOD WOULD NEED A SON..........HE IS IMMORTAL.............THEIR'S NO FEAR THAT GOD WILL STOP TO EXIST THEN WHY WOULD HE NEED A SON?............................
And concept of trinity....?
it doesn't sound logical to me....................whenever two people share one post or any thing ............their they always end up fighting each other...........if their are three Gods then ...........why don't they fight..........at least they can have difference of opinion.........don't they.
At last............i don't want to hurt any one by my answer..........im just answering what i believe.............and what make sense to me.
