yes it should be okay.my mom does that a lot of freezing things and then after a while she takes it out to unthaugh and it will still be and taste good but dont keep in there over 2 weeks or so.it will then have the frozen taste to it which will not have anybody coming back for seconds.

just for your info,eggs are part of dairy products and it is advisable to consume it immediately or after 5 days chilled..if you considering freezing it,it should be use up within 1 month time..as for your batter,i advise you to chill it in fridge and use it within 5 days as freezing it might affected the batter taste and texture..plus the white part of the eggs contain water and by freezing it might cause the egg white become watery and affected the whole texture of your batter

If it's frozen, it should be fine for six months. Defrost in refrigerator.
