LOL I found this to be a funny question because my husband and I have discussed this subject before. He said he always had dreams in Arabic until he learned English fluently (though prior to English he spoke 3 other languages fluently he only ever had dreams in Arabic). Now he says sometimes they are in Arabic and sometimes English but never french or tashelhiyt.
I can tell you he talks in his sleep in only Arabic!
For myself I have been dreaming in both too since being immersed in an Arabic speaking society....sometimes I understand the Arabic in my dreams better than in real life.

It's very weird for me because no one talks in my dreams. I just seem to know what they are saying and thinking. I hear the people's thoughts in English though because that's the only language I speak. I would expect that that is what happends mostly.

Although it's usually English, I've had entire dreams in Italian before. Those usually had something to do with radio, because I got my start in radio on an Italian-language show.

Usually English, my native language. But, whenever I study a lot of French and/or watch a movie in French, I then will dream in French. Ooh la la!
