We are both 13, All my friends thinks he likes me more than he is saying, and he always tries to be near me.

Sounds like he's just not ready to be dating. If you push him when he's too shy and embarassed about liking a girl in general, he's going to run and you are going to end up with a broken heart and feeling rejected. You need to let this one go or at least let it wait a while. You are both young and girls mature faster than boys at that age. You just need to back off and let him be ready to have a girlfriend. If you feel you have to move on, so be it. He just might realize the opportunity he missed after its gone. I had a girl that liked me when I was 13 but I really had no idea what to do. So I broke up with her. She was hurt and I felt awful. I'd hate to see that happen because you guys pushed ahead too fast. Later I regretted it and wished I hadn't passed up the chance to have a girlfriend that I really liked. Its possible his friends tease him about liking you so he refuses to admit it in public. That also happened to me.

If he says he doesn't like you enough to go out with you, believe it. Whether he really is interested or not isn't up to you or your friends to decide. Just be cool and have fun with your friends. Running in circles around him will only make you look desperate - and that's not the impression you want to give, is it? Remember - 13 is a good time to start getting to know yourself. Let things come along naturally.

who knows better- your friends or the actual guy??
listen to the guy. if he's not intrested he's not intrested. it sucks but what can you do?
by insisting that he doesn't know what he's talking about, you'll push him away and seem desperate. So if you still want a shot, beleive his word and stay away. Maybe he'll realize what he let go.

If he doesn't like you enough to go out with you, give up on him. If he says that without meaning it, he's a bit of a retard anyway!
