About 1 gallons worth or 231 cubic inches.
Just see how many fit into a cubic inch and multipy by 231 to get an approximation.
I guess 14 can fit into 1 cubic inch... so 14 x 231 = 3234 candy corns.

This is a question I doubt you will find anyone with experience doing. So, only a guess will do here. Since Candy Corn is solid and an odd shape, we know that there will be gaps of air. We can also guess the corn may or may not go into the handle (I know it sounds a little flip-floppy), but I would guess that you would want 5 pounds.
