I believe that Cubans, Haitians, North Koreans and the Chinese should be allowed to stay in this country upon arrival. I believe that ALL political refugees should be allowed to stay (except the criminal bad ones that will not progress our society). And the question you are asking is very interesting and true because the problem with Haitian migration was not even HALF as bad as the illegal Mexican migration into this country. Lots of people were saying that the Haitians shouldn't stay because most of them are poor and uneducated (which is not 100% in any way) but most of the illegal Mexican migrants fit that description. And Haitian immigrants have had profound success here coming from a third world country, MANY of them have matriculated into working class to middle class American citizens. So therefore, I don't know why there is a difference in the enforcement.

them lichen illegals. last night while i was going to work a bunch of illegals was walking up the road with ball bats and stick. the police was going where they was at. I'm thinking here we go again, no wonder the KKK is having a rally. we let the illegals have their march, but when we want to have any kind of rallies or marches illegals want to stir up trouble. well let me tell them illegals something, in the south you don't mess with the KKK. all they are doing is ticking Americans off. you think the mexican Mafia is bad? well I'll tell you they are not, the KKK is like the Italian Mafia. are you illegals crazy?
oh the question, sorry. the govt will do nothing because they are using the illegal mexicans for slave labor, they realize the Haitians have went through more hard ship then the mexican illegals.

There are many miles of water between Haiti and the U.S. to stop persons before they "even make it to shore".
Mexico has a land border with the U.S. There is no way to stop someone after they leave Mexico and before they arrive in the U.S. This is because they are on U.S. soil the moment they step foot off Mexican soil.

Why aren't the pro-illegals hitting the streets in their defense?
Our government picks and chooses when ,where, who, and how, they will enforce whatever laws they see fit....whenever they feel like it. I'm sure the Hatian has a much more tear jerking story of poverty and hard times and horrible trip and if based on that alone, deserves to be here more than alot of Mexicans.
