I just got him and he really connected to my mom's dogs, but now when I go to bed I can't even take him with me because he howls and whines for me to let him out of my room. I can't let him sleep with my mom's dogs b/c even though they get a long, they won't let him sleep with them. Is there anything I can do to get him to stop fighting me and just go to bed in peace?

I would say maybe make him a bed next to them or just in the same room. Help him to understand that he has his own bed. You might have to make sure that the other dogs don;t hurt him or be mean to them if he sleeps in the same room. i don' think trying to make him sleep with you is going to help. It will only make him wine and go crazy. This is just what i think. I hope everything works out. Good Luck!

so he tells you to let him out and you do it... he has you very well trained :)

Ever considered actually YOU training HIM? Find a good trainer to help teach you how to train your dog instead of the other way around...
