DATE OTHER PEOPLE calm down this isn't a race and when and if he becomes available let him know you wanna hook up until then keep in touch from time to time and live for god sakes do you really want to be so involved with him to become a problem and maybe even ruin what might be a great relationship for him because you like him ooooh talk about a guilty conscience...just chill out .....hes not food no ones gonna gobble him up lol

i guess you just have to wait for the right time. i don't think that it's proper for you to make the move because in the first place if the guy really likes you then he would have made a move by now. he could have broken up with his girl already. who knows he might just be waiting for the right time so don't be too agressive. relax and enjoy being single at the moment. it's either he will pursue you after he had cut his commitment with his current girl or you might be meeting someone better than him.

One, you really shouldn't want to break him up or anything. Let him and whoever he is dating fall apart on their own. Now you seam desperate here, just relax a little and live your life around him. Tell him you like him, so he probably could put the relationship to an end. Don't do it yourslef bc the other girl would probably be hurt. So relax, tell him you like him too, and let him do what he wants to. If he is that good, he will do what he can to make you happy

Wait. You don't want to be a jerk and try to win him over because then this girl will hate you. Wait until he tells his girlfriend so you are innocent. If he doesn't break up on his boyfriend, he is a wimp. Never ever do anything with him that will put him in trouble with his girlfriend. If he says anything like, "Come on. I'm going to break up with my girlfriend soon. You're the one I want". Don't fall for it. Don't do anything with him including kiss, hold hands, anything without him breaking up with his boyfriend.
Overall, wait for him to break up with her. He will if he's a good guy and truely likes you. Don't be disappointed if he doesn't break up with his girlfriend right away. Talk to him about it.

I think if he is taken you just have to leave it. You wouldnt want to be treated lke that so dont do it to his girlfriend. Guys can treat girls bad enough as it is we dont need girls doing that to each other!
