Okay my sister is getting merried TODAY to an army man. He has two friends also military they are weaing their uniforms. Me and my mom have been battling if they are allowed to wear buttineers or not. Sorry if I spelled that wrong. So my main question is when Military Personal are in uniform are they allowed to wear buttineers.

Well for this special occasion, I do not see why not.

No, they cannot wear them. Nothing can be added to the uniform that is not authorized by regulations.

I am sorry, but they are not. It is all covered in Army Regulation 670-1.
