Before the Yahoo! in the sky removes your question for mentioning prayer, as they did with me, YES I have prayed for y0u! ;-)

Let me turn this into a legitimate question. Ask it this way:
"what to do about being constantly tired and fatigued."
(and let the ensuing prayers for you by our community be unrequested) !!!

I believe "what to do about being constantly tired and fatigued." has an answer!!!

Think of it as FORCING YOURSELF to exercise!!!

Force yourself to do things. start with what must be done, then move on to doing things just for the exercise.

Exercise gives you healthiness!

Exercise gives you an unconscious release on endorphins that improve your mood, and bring you joyful enthusiasm for life.

Exercise gives you a HABIT of staying active, necessary for even your life!

Isaiah 41:10
"Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my victorious right hand".

Receive a big hug from your Brother in Christ ... mmmmmm ... who will always hold you up in prayers!
Amen.

Just prayed. Remember "no weapon formed against me shall prosper." "By His stripes I am healed." Do not get weary in doing good. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Eat an apple a day or at least 3 bananas a week. Don't ask me why I said this, because I always ask the Holy Spirit not to let me say anything that He doesn't want said.

God Bless You!
