I believe that often in our sleep, our spirit leaves our body, and enters the spiritual realm, only to return to our body, before we wake up. I think that is why our dreams often seem very real, because they often are real, but on the spiritual realm. I think when we die, a similar thing happens, but we must find the right fresh body, that is comfortable to our spirit. I think we live in the only reality that exists, which covers the whole universe. I think creating alternate realities, as after-lives is an escape. I believe our focus should be on making the most of this reality, by contributing positively to addressing the problems in this world. The character you get by doing this, will translate positively to your next life.

Well biologically speaking, yes. When you die, your physical body returns to the soil which becomes the plants, the animals, etc. It's the circle of life.
Spiritual reincarnation, I'm still not sure about that one.

yes, but only a human can reincarnate to a human. i think that u keep being reborn until u learn all of the lessons god gives u to learn. at the end of it, u finally can stay in heaven or maybe u become an angel or something of the sort. thats what i think but no one can say what happens cuz no one knows!!!!

Well, it says in the bible that once you die as a plant and you will be any type of an animal. Then, once you die as an animal, after that you will be born as a human. After you die as a human, then you shall either go to heaven or hell depending what you did on your life.
