The best treatment for parvo is continuous IV therapy that only a vet hospital can do. This helps keep them hydrated. They also give them something to control the vomiting and diarrhea. They also give an antibiotic to help any secondary infections they can get since their immune system is so weak. This is the best treatment but it's pretty expensive.
I know some vets offer to give them fluids and medications SubQ which means in their skin. It's not the best treatment but it's something.
I have heard people giving their dogs ParvoGuard or Pedilyte every 2 hours by a syringe without the needle on it in their mouth.
From my experience, Extensive IV therapy that requires hospitalization is the best method.

Dogs with parvo should be taken to the vet for treatment. They should be on IV fluids along with antibiotics (and possibly anti-vomiting medication). If you cannot afford to have a vet treat it, you should be aware that dehydration (a result of the vomiting and diarrhea) is the reason for death among most puppies with parvo. Therefor, you should be sure the puppy is consuming a good amount of water. (You may have to force water with a syringe when the vomiting slows.) Also, it is a good idea to mix some electrolytes in with the water (Pedialyte is usually recommended.)
Finally, you should keep this dog away from any other unvaccinated pets. (Also, parvo is very easily prevented if your pet is vaccinated. So for future reference, vaccines are much cheaper than treating parvo.)

Keeping the pup hydrated is what is important. Unless an IV is needed, this can be done at home.
Http://www.ambertech.com has a product called Parvaid. They also have a recipe for a "tea" to keep the dog hydrated.
I have heard that Colloidal Silver given as an enema will kill the Parvo virus in the intestinal tract.

I had two dogs with Parvo. Take the dog to the Vet immediately. They can die from this. Both my dogs survived. I'm sure your dog would be fine. Take the dog to the Vet.
