None of it.
Rockefeller Center is between W. 49th & W.50th Street and 5th & 6th (Avenue Of The Americas) Avenues. The World Trade Center is in lower Manhattan.
However, the antenna, which was destroyed from the collaps did affect TV channels 4 (WNBC), 5 (WNYW), 7 (WABC), 9 (WWOR), 11 (WPIX), 13 (WNET). Channel 2 (WCBS) had their antenna on the Empire State Building and was the only station (if you didn't have cable) that was transmitting.

The only area in New York affected by the 9/11 attacks was at the World Trade Center complex which is Lower Manhattan. Rockefeller Center is in mid-town approximately 5 miles away. The only connection between the two is at that time Channel 4, whose studios are are at Rockefeller Center, had its antenna on top of one of the towers at the World Trade Center
