Yes -- why should those who have asthma, those with lung diseases, or those too young to be able to stand up and say NO ... be FORCED to breathe in cigarette smoke (that is NOT fair either (but is getting better with smoke-free zones) ... and this is a free society). Raise the Cigarette Taxes and maybe we will have Healthier AIR to breathe and less remnants of cigarettes on the ground, the beaches, across the highways, etc etc etc.
