When you harvest a field of corn, corn shock is left.. the stalks sticking up with nothing on them. We need to do this too.. it is energy independence to say the least.

Actually the Government owned Pemex is failing financially. Mr. Bush has "suggested" Mexico seek outside investors...Halliburton to be exact. Things that make you go hmmmm.

I couldn't agree more. It isn't just about Mexico, though, but about being 'shackled' to ANY untenable policy because we erroneously perceive ourselves to be enslaved to hydrocarbons.
