In addition to the previous answer, you may have banged/bumped your fingernail ad few days or weeks ago and not remembered. It can show as a white line or mark later on.
Nothing at all to worry about.

It looks like you have 'LEUKONYCHIA.'Leuconychia is the most common nails discoloration, may be congenital ( by birth) or acquired. However, the exact cause is uncertain. Leuconychia may develop in response to minor injury and to resolve spontaneously. It may be caused by systemic diseases such as hypoalbuminemia or liver abnormality. No it is not calcium deficiency that causes it. Do not panic !!!
