Not really.
Poop varies with color. If you eat a lot of carrots, it can come out more orange-brown. Usually, corn comes back out the way that it went in.
The reason for the brown is beacause all of your food is digesting and mixed together. Like, imagine having a canvas and adding so many colors like purple, yellow, orange, red, green, blue, black, silver.. eventually the outcome is brown because you added so many colors. Same with food, it's so many different things mixed together.
However, the color of poop usually varies, especially if you're sick.

Because as soon as it hits your stomach it is blasted by your stomach acids that break down food so the walls of your stomach and intestines can extract the minerals and proteins we need and ingested. The fecal matter is waste. This is why it is the color it is, just like composting leaves, coffee grounds tea bags patatoe peels all your vegetables scrapings you know carrot tops and scrapings, turnips etc all go in the compost bin and turns into nice rich dark earth or mulch to put in your garden for nutrients.

The color comes mainly from bilirubin, a pigment that arises from the breakdown of red blood cells in the liver and bone marrow. The actual metabolic pathway of bilirubin and its byproducts in the body is very complicated, so we will simply say that a lot of it ends up in the intestine, where it is further modified by bacterial action. But the color itself comes from iron. Iron in hemoglobin in red blood cells gives blood its red color, and iron in the waste product bilirubin gives rise to its brown color.
Poop is mostly shades of brown or yellow, but other colors can arise under certain circumstances. For example, someone with a bleeding ulcer might have tarry black poop from the presence of partially digested blood. Bleeding in the intestine, from an anal fissure or split, for example, can stain the poop red. Some illnesses in babies gives them green or even blue-green poop. But another source of blue poop in children is more innocent: it can come from eating a concentrated source of blue food coloring such as ice cream. Intense red food coloring can produce bright red poop. Sometimes brightly colored foods pass through the gut almost unchanged, and the turd may be speckled with bright red fragments such as pimentos, or bright yellow kernels of corn.
One can experience white poop after consuming a barium milkshake for the purposes of getting an x-ray of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Because in the process of digestion your stomach acids have broken it down and processed the nutrients. And frankly, in addition to corn and spinach, try eating beets or drinking red wine. It will come out red and purple, respectively.

Because the food is not exiting the same way it went in- that's why it's called "human waste". It is the byproduct of the foods we eat- our bodies have used up the most important elements of the food.

The fate of being digested....
When food is digested, it is changed, some foods cannot be as easily digested by our bodies, hence, they come out the same way they went in. Human bodies are simply incapable of digesting some things, such as cellulose, a major component of some plants. (try eating tree bark)
