boy do you need help! start small -maybe by folding the clothes! get some under bed storage containers for the shoes do one area at a time also look into some shelving perhaps around the top of your walls just low enough to hold good sized (12")baskets go all the way around and fill the baskets with your clothes you should be able to eliminate a dresser this way and it unused space anyway!(the extra advantage is your daughter wont be able to get in them when she reaches that stage)also try to find a hanging light fixture to eliminate the lamp and 3 drawer-maybe it can fit in the closet?!once you've made the space it will be much easier to keep it in order good luck

1] do you need a queen size bed? Maybe two twin beds would work.
2] go thru all clothes - sort into yours, and baby's.
3] then sort each pile into;
a] keepers [ it is right size, right color, you wear it ] - clean, fold, and put away
b] tossers - too holy, ragged, or faded for anyone to wear - put in garbage bag immediately!
c] donate - all of your too big, too small, wrong color, or uglies
[ may want to loan out daughter's clothes, or store for future siblings! ] put in cardboard box for thrift store or Goodwill
4] go through unwanted books, clothes, music, videos, etc - for thrift store too
5] throw out all trash
6] Now invest in underbed clear storage containers for you and baby: use for out of season clothes and toy storage for her; extra school stuff/books/videos/music/etc. for you
7] get shelf dividers for closet: use first section for your winter accessories, second - hers, third - sweater stack, fourth - summer hats, totes, towels, fifth - hers
8] shoe racks for floor: do winter- everyday - athletic to summer shoes; left to right. Do dressy in back to least dressy in front. Her tiny little shoes will fit in the gaps in front.
9] organize big dresser for your clothes: bras, panties, socks/tights/hose; pajamas/nightgowns; tops - tanks, Ts, sweaters; exercise clothes; pants/jeans.
10] organize second size dresser for daughter, same way.
11] use smallest dresser or stand for videos/music
12] get two containers [ baskets, tubs, etc. ] for dirty clothes -
lights, and darks. BOTH of you should use them.
13] get a rack of hooks for back of door, or inside closet - for both of you - for robe, towel, sweatshirt.
14] keep school books and supplies in/on computer desk
The MORE you get out of the room; the easier it will be to clean.
