My boss is 16years older than I! he's a big flirt... and very nice and sweet, but at the same time different than I. At the present moment it's just me and him in the office! He has a girlfriend! but sometimes I feel attracted to him! I fight back the emotions and keep it professional but Im a little scared that if I keep working here that I might fall for him! and I know that the relationship would not go anywhere. I want to know can I overcome this or should I just get out! Im good at my profession and i know it wouldn't be hard to find another job, but I like working with him I just don't know if it's the job that's keeping me around or if its him....

ok ...if u were to get into a relationship it would'nt last long because he's a flirt when most men flirt they tend to cheat
but u should just go ahead and keep the job not because you are attracted to him but to keep the $ commin' and i'm not being materalistic either if u have a good salary fall if u want just as long as u make $ . Why would U quit a job that has good money just bc ur attracted to ur boss that's 16 years older than U

Boots got it right. We meet people all the time and develop attractions that never go anywhere. The reality is to look at the consequences of "starting something". The chances of it "going anywhere" are slim, and that puts you "out there somewhere" without a job...... and feeling really stupid.

Good Luck

try find a differant job. bc once u start having emotions for him, if u havent already, its really hard to get out. and its really not good if he has a girlfriend. i would try to avoid him as much as possible and try searching for a different job. maybe ull find someone ur own age there that doesnt have a gf.

good luck

The worst thing you could do is start a relationship with him. Trust me, I made the mistake of dating one of the employee's that I supervised, and it created a total disaster.

She's in all likelihood jealous of your seems. She of course won't be able to be reasoned with, next time you spot her do no longer hit her, yet attempt to shake her violently and notice how she responds.
