The company has a real nice web site. I do the same kind of work and have a rather simple one I designed myself.

I have not encountered this particular firm but have found many tax assistance companies have a multitude of complaints with their local Better Business Bureaus and charge very high fees, double or even triple what I charge. Before you retain a representative, make sure you know what they are going to charge.

Beware of any service that make guarantees that they will get you the result you want (and especially any weasel words that sound sort of kinda like a guarantee.) They will tell you about their big success stories; I have mine, but your situation will be different. Nobody, including me can give you more than an honest opinion about the results you can expect.

Most of the "tax relief" companies that advertise heavily on TV and radio are complete and total ripoffs. They will promise you the world, charge you a $4000-5000 fee upfront and deliver next to nothing.

Your best bet is to contact a CPA or EA in your local area and explain your situation.
