I know. It stinks, doesn't it? I get stressed out from school too. I think that the major stressing out areas are peers and academic.

Peers: You might feel stress about this aspect because you are left out by the majority of your classmate. Try to get a close friend if possible. But if you can't, it's alright too. Mix around with all your classmates. See that guy over that who is sitting alone in the cafeteria? Go talk to him and have lunch with him. Who knows, you two might just become the best of pals. Or perhaps there is peer pressure going too much on your shoulders. Don't listen and mix with those "friends" who tell you to do silly things. Those aren't true friends. Shun these people.

Academic: Everyone is stressed out by their grades. And I mean EVERYONE. You think that big guy at the back of the class who got held back a few grades isn't concerned with his grades? Maybe not a lot, but he still does. But why should you be stressed about your exams and tests? All your classmates and friends have to sit through them anyway - stressed or not stressed about it. Try to set out a schedule and plan realistic goals. If you can achieve them, good job! If you can't, it's ok - there is always a next time (but don't deceive yourself, eh!). Being concerned with your grades is a "necessity" (that's why you are still in school, isn't it?). But don't feel stress about it. It's ok. With determination and the right attitude, you will do well.

How to relax: Get something you like to do. Get involved in some sports. Tennis, maybe? Or go for some community involvement projects. It's nice helping the less fortunates. Also, you can hang out with your friends at the pictures or the mall during the weekend. It's cool - I love it. Spending time with your family is important too. Talk to your parents about your problem.

The last resort, just go get a nice sleep and pray that everything will turn out fine when you wake up. =)

The biggest tip is to create original, and good content. Even if you have no money to spend on the productions, there are tons of free programs. Create your own music in FL Studios (even the DEMO version publishes in .WAV) so your video wont get taken down, and you can become eligible for a partnership along the way. Stay away from Copyright problems Create content for higher youtubers. (music video dedicated to Shane Dawson, What the Buck, ect.) That will eventually get you featured by them, and seen more and more. Even them tweeting the video can get a few thousand views. Most important, have fun with it

I am always stressed out by school too, and I signed up for ballet classes at my local YMCA. They're really fun and calming. I have them every tuesday and thursday, and so I wind down with them after school on those days.

Next time you sign up for classes, sign up for a reasonable courseload.
Make sure you get plenty of sleep, exercise, and eat healthy food. Being physically fit will help you be ready for the difficult studying you have to do.

do all your work, don't procrastinate, take this weekend to catch up, then make sure you always do some work when you have free time, use a planner, take a day off when you do nothing once you're caught up and sleep in and relax for a day
