I have not heard of any system that has wireless speakers that are any good.

Wireless is a problem because you cannot transmit power through the air. This means each rear speaker will need it's own amplifier.

So if you have a wireless setup, you save running speaker wires to the rears, but now you have AC power cords for the wireless hookup, and more AC power cords for the amps in the rear.

It's just not worth the hassle.

Do you like to pay more for things than what they are worth?

I have to ask because that's exactly what you'll be doing with Bose. Same with B&O (Bang & Olufsen) which is known more for its designs than anything else. Certainly not for their speakers.

Do a search for Bose on this site. If you still want them after that, that's your choice.
