I agree with you to ban the caste system but not religion. Caste is a form of discrimination and therefore should be banned. In contrast religion in particularly Hinduism forms the core parts of Indian culture and this is what that makes the country , INDIA. If religion is removed from Indian culture, the whole Indian culture will demise and eventually there will never be INDIA anymore. I know you are arguing this based on some conflicts where people use religions as excuses but bear in mind even without religions in India and infact in the world too, conflicts will still happen , maybe they will take other forms like racial conflicts, economy ( status ) conflicts etc.

No religion is bad. How our living habits are different from each other or according to our culture similarly we all have adopted different methods to remember the God or you can say different religions according to our culture. The teachings of religions are same. You read Koran,Geeta,Ramayana, Guru bani or Bible all have same message. Love and peace. Live and let live others. But we must ban the malpractices of some group of selfish people who misguide the innocent people by the name of religion. I should appreciate the movie Black Friday , this movie has the same message.

permit me permit you be attentive to if there is not any faith, the folk will become egocentric, self fanatics, unholy, unloving, carnal instincts and self boasters. faith ought to in no way be banned in India or everywhere interior the international. Religions are stable, presented human beings take the non secular factors in a useful way. by making use of the word 'useful' what I mean is that we could desire to continuously be non secular rather than non secular. Being non secular is something like a ritual, which isn't the God, the writer needs from us. working example, i will declare If somebody of my faith become killed by making use of another faith member(s), I shouldn't take any weapon and take revenge on the different faith members. If I gain this i'm non secular. yet as quickly as I go away this matter to God, and tell him approximately this (by making use of prayer), i'm non secular. Why bcoz I go away the judgement to God, who created all the peoples of distinctive faith. people who believe and have faith in God ought to go away those issues to God. If somebody makes use of weapons to kill members of same or different faith, it potential that they have got not got any faith in God. So in short faith is extremely plenty needed in India and something of the international.

No. It won't work. The religions would just go underground and the strife would continue.

I think instead that all the different religions should get their heads out of their asses and educate their members to actually work for the peace they often say they want.

Communist countries tried it and failed.
Religion is not the culprit. Misguided and Charlestons in the name of God, play the mischief.

If this would happen then you would have to ban it also in the USA, look what it has done here! The news have been full of reports of child abuse, ministers becoming filthy rich off your money! Look at it as a whole to ban it some where else, it will come home to you.
